• First you are invited to meet with a Powell Custom Homes Design Specialist to discuss what you want to fit your needs and lifestyle.
• You will begin to form the concept of your new home, based on your lifestyle, hobbies and needs and after reaching a full understanding we will create a preliminary plan and estimate.
• We will work on refining the plan that fits you. Throughout the building process we will assist you in choosing the exterior and interior designs from colors, materials, space, and appliances.
